In this Evoke Forward session, we’ll step away from the traditional masterclass format and move into a structured peer-to-peer leadership workshop.

Each attendee will have the opportunity to take part in a rotating “Hot Seat”, bringing a real business challenge or opportunity to the group. This could relate to strategy, people, growth, operations, or a decision you’re currently weighing up.

Through a facilitated discussion, peers will ask questions, share perspectives, and help unpack the situation to generate fresh thinking and practical next steps. The aim isn’t simply to offer quick advice, but to use the collective experience in the room to help each leader gain clarity, challenge assumptions, and explore different approaches.

As well as bringing your own issue, you’ll also develop your questioning, listening and coaching skills as you support other leaders working through their challenges.

This will be a highly interactive session, carefully structured and facilitated to ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute, share insights, and leave with ideas to move their business forward.

To get the most value from the session, we ask everyone to arrive with one issue you’d be happy to bring to the Hot Seat.

This could be:

• A current business problem
• A strategic decision you’re considering
• A leadership or people challenge
• A growth opportunity you’re exploring

You don’t need a presentation — just be ready to briefly explain the situation so the group can ask questions and help you think it through.

The more open and specific the issue, the more valuable the discussion will be for everyone involved.
