On the 17th of September 2025 Tabú offers a great opportunity for disabled women and non binary people from foreign background to get together, chat, listen and share thoughts and experiences.This peer support meetup will be facilitated by Eliona Gjecaj who is a PhD student in Iceland with an Irish and Albanian background and Freyja Haraldsdóttir who is one of the founders of Tabú and has an Icelandic background.

The event will take place on the 17th of September at 19:00-21:00 at Hamrahlíð 17 in the building of the Blind Union of Iceland.
