Join us for the Pearland RNB Fest, an exciting outdoor celebration of music, culture, food, and community happening May 23rd at Pearland Town Center. This event will bring together 1,500–2,000 guests for an afternoon of live music, DJs, great food, and local vendors.

We are currently seeking vendors in the following categories:

Vendor spaces are limited and expected to sell out quickly.
Vendor Package Includes
• Vendor booth space at the festival marketplace
• 4 staff wristbands for vendor team members
• Direct access to 1,500–2,000 festival guests
Vendors are responsible for bringing all of their own equipment, including:
• Tent
• Tables
• Chairs
• Display setup
Preferred Vendor Marketing Program
Vendors who want additional visibility before and during the event can upgrade to our Preferred Vendor Program for $100.
Preferred vendors will receive:
• 1 email blast promoting their business to event customers
• 1 custom promotional flyer featured on the event page
• 2 stage announcements during the festival highlighting their brand
This program helps vendors increase traffic to their booth and maximize their exposure during the event.
Important Information
All vendors must purchase a vendor space in order to participate in the festival. After registration, vendors will receive additional information including event logistics and load-in instructions.
