Create space for a new perspective on the past. release patterns that no longer serve you, and move forward with a little more peace, love, and healthy boundaries .Have you ever noticed how certain relationships can bring out a version of yourself you thought you’d outgrown?
Maybe you find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no, feeling responsible for everyone else’s happiness, or slipping back into familiar roles without even realizing it.
Held inside the Sagewave Sound Sanctuary in Downtown Melbourne, Peace, Love & Boundaries is a collaborative sound bath and hypnotherapy experience with Emily Morris, Certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, exploring how our past experiences continue to shape the way we relate to others.
Throughout the experience, hypnotherapy and therapeutic sound work together, with a layered soundscape helping you settle into a deeply relaxed state. The guided hypnotic journey invites you to explore beliefs and patterns that may have formed earlier in life and how they continue to influence your relationships today.
The intention is to create space for a new perspective on the past, release patterns that no longer serve you, and move forward with a little more peace, love, and healthy boundaries.
After the experience, we’ll gather for organic tea and chocolate, with time for quiet reflection, questions, and conversation for those who wish to participate.
No previous experience with hypnotherapy or sound healing is needed.
