You're invited to join us for intentional gathering designed to support healing, connection, and meaningful dialogue. The heart of this circle is community building. We will practice strengthening our relationship to ourselves and to one another through honest reflection and deep listening. This is a space for creative exploration, shared humanity, and collective growth.
Each circle is guided with spiritual grounding, clear agreements and a theme that create safety and structure. We move at a pace that allows everyone to speak without interruption and to be heard with deep respect. There is no fixing, debating, or advising - only presence, listening, and authentic expression. Peace Circles are rooted in the belief that when we gather intentionally, we remember our interconnectedness. Through structure, respect, and shared intention, we create space for truth, understanding, and real relationship.
About Stacia Aashna
Stacia is a somatic practitioner and trauma-informed coach specializing in helping individuals heal deeply rooted emotional and relational patterns. With extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, clinical hypnotherapy, restorative justice, meditation, and trauma-informed yoga, her work focuses on resolving nervous system dysregulation and helping clients develop greater emotional stability, self-trust, and capacity for connection.
Drawing from somatic psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice, Stacia works with professionals and individuals seeking lasting change by addressing patterns at their root, rather than managing symptoms alone. Through her coaching, writing, and teaching, she helps clients reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and create more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling lives.
