About the Event
Peace & Paint is a creative wellbeing experience by Piece of Mind, bringing together art, mindfulness and community connection in a relaxed and welcoming space.
Designed for adults from marginalised backgrounds, this event offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore wellbeing through creativity.
Through guided painting, grounding practices, and meaningful conversations, participants can experience an alternative approach to wellbeing that feels culturally relevant, accessible, and rooted in community.
No previous art experience is needed; bring yourself and an openness to create.
