THE NUMBERS. THE NARRATIVE. THE NEXT MOVE.PCAR IS HOSTING A SHIBA WATCH PARTY!
The 2026 State of Housing in Black America (SHIBA) Report is being released virtually, and we're bringing the conversation right here to Pinellas County!
Join the Pinellas County Association of Realtist (PCAR) as we come together for the official release of NAREB's annual report examining Black homeownership, housing affordability, access to credit, and the challenges impacting our communities.
But we're not just gathering to watch a presentation.
We're gathering to understand what the numbers mean for our local housing market, the families we serve, and the future of Black homeownership.
Where are we making progress? Where are we falling behind? And most importantly, what are we prepared to DO about it?
