Our 200-hour yoga teacher training will combine all of the traditional parts of the standard 200-hour YTT curriculum with somatic practices and a special track to learn to teach Somatic Sessions for anyone interested. The curriculum will be taught over 10 months - January through October - and will require one full weekend in-person with other additional sessions throughout the month on weekday evenings.
The best part? The training is pay-what-you-can. Yes, we mean it.
