Monthly on the third WednesdayJoin us in the Children’s department to meet Bear, a certified therapy dog! Children will have the opportunity to practice their reading skills with Bear or simply enjoy the calming companionship of a gentle canine friend.
Participants can read aloud to this sweet King Charles Spaniel in a relaxed, supportive environment or just hang out. These events are designed to encourage a love of reading, build confidence, and provide an opportunity to interact with a certified therapy dog and their owner.
All ages are welcome to this special animal lovers time at the library.
