We're SO excited to announce our very first Paws & Pause Puppy Yoga event at Latte's Landing!

Here's what you're signing up for:
🧘 30 minutes of yoga led by the wonderful Mallory Mahoney, a trained yoga instructor who teaches locally! We're so excited to have Mallory joining us to lead the class and help everyone find their zen... at least until the puppies arrive! 😂
🐾 15 minutes of yoga WITH puppies! Good luck maintaining your poses when four adorable little distractions enter the room.
🐶 Up to 45 additional minutes of puppy playtime! Because obviously, we can't just send you home without some serious puppy snuggles.
🥤 Light beverages and snacks will be provided at the end!

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:
✅ Pre-registration is REQUIRED! Spots are extremely limited!
✅ All participants will be required to sign a waiver.
✅ Bring your own yoga mat and PLEASE wear socks!
✅ Payment accepted via cash, Venmo, or Eventbrite (additional Eventbrite ticketing fees apply).
