Pave the Way 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walkhttps://runsignup.com/Profile
Join us for the Pave the Way 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk on the beautiful Creeper Trail in “Alvarado” Abingdon, Virginia! This event is to help our Youth go to the 2027 ARISE Youth Conference.
Whether you’re an experienced runner chasing a new personal best, a first-time 5K participant, or a family simply looking for a fun way to spend a fall morning together, there’s a place for you at the starting line.
Inspired by Hebrews 12:1 — “…let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” Pave the Way is about so much more than crossing a finish line. Every registration, every sponsor, and every step taken helps support Alvarado Bible Church Youth as we continue paving the way for the future of our next generation.
Participants can choose between our 5K or a family-friendly 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk. Runners and walkers of all experience levels are welcome!
🍂 Your registration includes:
* 1K & 5K: Pave the Way race shirt
* 5K: Race bib
* 5K: Finisher medal
* Post-race refreshments for all participants
* You and your family are invited to our fall festival following the race and that event is free.
After you cross the finish line, stick around and celebrate with us! We’re planning a fun fall atmosphere filled with fellowship, food, seasonal treats, activities, music, and plenty of opportunities to make memories with your family and our community.
Most importantly, we want this day to remind us that we were never meant to run this race alone.
RUN. WALK. BUILD. TOGETHER.
Come run with purpose, bring your family, invite your friends, and help us Pave the Way for the next generation.
