About this Event
Pause. Breathe. Reset.
We are excited to invite you to Pause in the Park, a FREE community mindfulness experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
In today's fast-paced world, it is easy to become overwhelmed by life's many demands. This special mindfulness experience offers an opportunity to step away from the daily rush, embrace a moment of peace, and learn simple mindfulness practices that can help reduce stress and support your overall well-being.
This event is presented by Hair Peace & Hope, a wellness and awareness program of Women of H.O.P.E.
For more than 25 years, Women of H.O.P.E. (Health Occupations Promoting Education) has been dedicated to improving lives through health education, community outreach, wellness initiatives, and service. As part of that mission, Hair Peace & Hope was founded in 2016 to support individuals and families affected by Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD), autoimmune diseases, cancer, and other chronic health challenges through awareness, advocacy, wellness, and community support.
This year marks an exciting milestone as Hair Peace & Hope celebrates its 10th Anniversary, honoring a decade of bringing peace, hope, healing, education, and support to our community.
Registration is required, and space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
