Join local business owners, entrepreneurs, and WorkBC Self-Employment Program representatives as they share insights on careers in small business, entrepreneurship as a career pathway, workforce needs, hiring trends, and what small business employers are looking for when hiring.
In recognition of Women in Small Business Week, hear from women entrepreneurs and business leaders as they share their experiences, challenges, successes, and advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Topics include:

• Entrepreneurship and self-employment pathways
• Small business hiring insights and workforce needs
• Building and growing a business
• Resources and supports available to entrepreneurs
