Pathways to Power: West Harlem Summit

Join us for Pathways to Power, a three-day community summit presented by The Ladies of Hope Ministries and West Harlem Development Corporation, created to connect West Harlem residents and families to the tools, resources, and relationships needed to move forward.

This summit is rooted in economic empowerment, leadership, healing, and community connection—bringing together residents, justice-impacted individuals, youth, families, allies, and local partners for a powerful weekend of learning, restoration, and opportunity.

Across three days, attendees can expect programming centered around:

• Digital skills and workforce pathways
• Financial wellness
• Storytelling and public voice
• Community resources and connection

This year’s summit will also include a special Rewriting Her Story book tour stop, along with opportunities for deeper conversation, inspiration, and collective growth.
