Are you ready to explore new opportunities, build connections, and take the next step toward your personal and professional goals?
Join us for the Women’s Economic & Well-Being Forum: Pathway to Prosperity, a community-led initiative organized by the Coalition of Women in Leadership and supported by a City of Toronto Local Leadership grant.
This forum brings together women from diverse backgrounds, particularly immigrant women, job seekers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and women looking to return to work or advance their careers.
We recognize that many women face barriers such as language challenges, difficulties with foreign credential recognition, limited professional networks, discrimination, and balancing work with family responsibilities. Our goal is to help women discover opportunities, connect with valuable resources, share experiences, and build confidence in their next steps.
What to expect
Resource Fair
Meet local service providers, employment agencies, educators, and community organizations offering information about employment, education and training, credential recognition, entrepreneurship, financial well-being, childcare, settlement services, and mental health support.
Peer-Support Round Circles
Take part in welcoming, small-group conversations where women can share experiences, recognize their strengths, learn from one another, and identify practical steps toward their goals.
Networking and Community Connections
Connect with other women, community leaders, and service providers who can help you explore new possibilities and strengthen your professional and personal networks.
Career Planning and Goal Setting
Reflect on your aspirations, identify potential pathways, and leave with ideas and connections to support your journey forward.
