PATH TO PRESENCE is an immersive full day workshop that will guide you from the busyness of your mind into the stillness of Presence, using the power of Breathwork, Somatic Focusing, Visualization, Music, and Movement. Discover what lies beyond mental and physical relaxation.
This is an opportunity to explore your inner landscape, tap into your body's innate healing intelligence, release emotional blockages, envision your optimal reality, and to balance your overstimulated nervous system. It's like hitting the energetic "reset" button.

What to bring: water bottle, comfortable athletic clothes, sleep mask (optional), exercise mat, blanket & pillow (if you want), pen & notepad (optional). Sleep masks will be available but please bring your own mat if you have one.
