Pastor Appreciation Day 2026 ❤️Pastor Appreciation Day 2026 will be one like none other! This year, we aren’t bringing in a guest speaker or a guest worship team because we already have the greatest speakers and worshippers of all—the people God has entrusted to our pastors every single week. The family of Gibsonia Full Gospel Church of God.
For the past 4 years, Pastor Christopher & Larissa Massey and the past 2 years, Pastor Cody & Montgomery Rowland have faithfully poured into this congregation through prayer, preaching, counseling, encouragement, and serving our community. They have celebrated life’s greatest victories with us and stood beside us through some of our deepest valleys. Now it’s our opportunity to pour back into those who have so faithfully poured into us.
On Pastor Appreciation Day 2026, we will receive a special love offering during our morning worship service for both pastoral families as a tangible expression of our love, appreciation, and gratitude for their unwavering commitment to God, this church, and our community.
We will also have a special time set aside for anyone who would like to share a testimony, a word of encouragement, or simply express what their pastors have meant to them. Your words of honor may become one of the greatest blessings they receive that day.
The Bible reminds us:
“Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour…” — 1 Timothy 5:17
“Obey them that have the rule over you… for they watch for your souls.” — Hebrews 13:17
As a church family, let’s come together to celebrate, honor, and bless the shepherds God has placed over this house. We believe this will be a beautiful day of love, encouragement, and thanksgiving as we give honor where honor is due.
