About this Event
This creative experience introduces participants to the paste-up technique, one of the most widely used forms of street art in Shoreditch. You will learn how artists create and install street posters while exploring the culture behind urban art in the neighborhood.
During the workshop, you will design and create your own original street art posters, learn how to prepare materials, and discover how paste-up artists use glue, paper and tools to install their work in public spaces.
After the studio session, we will take a short guided walk through Shoreditch, where you will discover works by different street artists and learn about the local urban art scene.
To finish the experience, we will paste our artworks on the street, becoming part of Shoreditch’s ever-changing urban gallery.
No previous experience is required.
The workshop is open to all skill levels and suitable for all ages.
