In this unique class, Carmela will guide you through making semola di grano duro rimacinata pasta, shaped into gnocchetti sardi, cavatelli and spizzulus! At the same time, VandB will provide three small Italian wine tastings, for you to sip as you craft. All students will then take home their pasta to enjoy, alongside a delicious jar of pesto!
