About this Event
Join us and 20 other people at one of our Pasta 101 Classes to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. You'll be treated to appetizers & wine, dinner & dessert, and a great time. Book now!
Upon arrival you will be served with signature appetizers and wine. A short presentation of the history of pasta will take you from its origins to the pasta equipment and the production process in front of you!
We will make about six pounds of pasta, half of which will be sent home with the class and the other half cooked for dinner that night! Some Italian desserts will cap the night and leave a great ending!
Total group sizes are up to 22, but you can come as an individual or as a pair and you will be matched with other individuals! We make sure everyone has a fun time and the group bonds together over pasta!
