This 3 hour creative retreat is an invitation to connect with your inner child, your imagination, and creativity.
Through a guided meditative journey, gentle nervous system practices, expressive art-making, and compassionate reflection, you'll reconnect with the playful wisdom you've carried all along.
Blending embodied and creative expression, mindfulness, and playfulness, our approach brings together modern brain science and ancient wisdom. We wanted to build space for people to see what happens when you give yourself permission to play. A playdate for grown ups.
