At a time when job seekers are navigating increased competition, changing recruiting practices and the growing influence of artificial intelligence in hiring, Passport to Employment (P2E) is celebrating a significant milestone: 2,530 job seekers have secured full-time employment with support from the Indianapolis-based ministry.
Passport to Employment provides free career-search resources, weekly meetings, workshops, accountability groups and individual coaching to unemployed and underemployed individuals seeking their next career. P2E also provides a free weekly job board connecting job seekers with employment opportunities.
P2E will commemorate the milestone with a special Alumni Celebration on September 30, 2026 - bringing together alumni, current job seekers, volunteers, employers and community partners. The event will also feature a keynote address from Karl Ahlrichs, CSP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, who will challenge us to rethink what reinvention really means in the age of AI, with “AI: The Great Reinvention.”
The celebration is free and open to the community.
