About this Event
Certification should never be the critical path.
On large Passive House projects, certification is where schedules quietly slip. Questions surface late, evidence arrives in the wrong order, and final sign-off waits on paperwork that could have been settled at design stage.
Join Tomás O'Leary, Managing Director of Mosart, for a focused 90-minute workshop on keeping certification in step with design and construction. It draws on more than 13,000 residential units currently under certification with our team, plus complex educational, commercial and leisure projects. Our New York certification work dates back to 2012 and includes The House at Cornell Tech.
This is a working session, not a lecture. Bring your current project and your toughest questions.
What you'll leave with
- Catch risk at design stage. Where certification risk sits on large schemes, and which decisions to lock down before tender.
- Keep reviews moving on site. How to plan evidence, testing and site checks so they never hold up the build programme.
- Close out on time. What gets large projects from final checks to certificate without a last-minute scramble.
Who should attend
The session suits developers, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants who are currently delivering, or planning, large Passive House projects in New York. Places are limited to 20, and priority goes to teams with live or upcoming projects.
