Passion4Fusion Youth Registration – Financial Year 2026/27
Passion4Fusion is committed to empowering young people across Edinburgh through safe, supportive, culturally aware youth programmes. Our BBC Children in Need–funded activities provide a space where children and young people can learn, grow, build confidence, and connect with others in their community.
This registration form is required for all children and young people attending Passion4Fusion activities during the 2026/27 financial year. The information collected helps us keep your child safe, tailor support to their needs, and ensure we meet safeguarding and funding requirements.

Who is this for?
Children and young people aged 5–18 participating in any Passion4Fusion youth programmes, clubs, workshops, or holiday activities.

• Medical and allergy information
• Permissions and consent
• Agreement to our safeguarding and attendance policies

All information is stored securely and used only for safeguarding, communication, and programme delivery.
