Creating a Contemporary Ritual of Belonging Across Difference
CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS — September 2026 — As communities worldwide grapple with identity, polarization, migration and social fragmentation, Dr. Emmanuel Vukovich, Founder and Artistic Director of The Percival Project, brings PARZIVAL & FEIREFIZ: A New Narrative to Harvard Divinity School's 2026 conference, "Belonging: Practices of Inclusion in Spiritual Communities, the Academy, and Society." Vukovich has curated a panel of award-winning international leaders in arts, business and community work, and produced an interdisciplinary performance with Amenti MoveMent. Combining music, movement, medieval poetry, oral tradition and contemporary ritual, the piece asks: how can an inherited story become a living practice of belonging.
