We’re throwing it back for one HUGE night celebrating three decades that gave us some of the greatest music, questionable fashion and iconic drinks of all time.

JEWELS & THE HEIST — LIVE!

Jewels & The Heist will be taking over the Smiley stage, pumping out classics from the 70s, 80s & 90s and keeping the dance floor moving all night, with dance classics filling in the gaps!

And we're not stopping at the music…

By purchasing a ticket to or attending this event at Smiley Brewing Co, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are valid only for the event and date stated on the ticket.

There is no allocated seating for this event. Tables and seating will be available on a first-in, best-dressed basis and may be shared with other guests.

This is a live music and dance event, so seating for every guest throughout the night cannot be guaranteed.

Doors open at 6.00pm and the event concludes at 11.00pm.

Performance times and other activities throughout the evening may be subject to change.

Food at Smiley Brewing Co is provided by independent food trucks. Food offerings, availability, dietary requirements and special requests are managed by the individual food vendor.

No external food or beverages may be brought into the venue unless approved by Smiley Brewing Co in advance.

This is an 18+ event and valid identification may be required.

Smiley Brewing Co operates in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing requirements and Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry, or require a patron to leave the venue, where reasonably necessary for safety, responsible service of alcohol, compliance with the law, or the enjoyment of other guests.

Guests are encouraged to dress up in their best 70s, 80s or 90s-inspired outfits — but dressing up is completely optional.

Costumes and props must be safe and appropriate for a licensed venue. Real weapons, realistic imitation weapons, dangerous props or items that may present a safety risk are not permitted.

Costumes, masks or accessories must not prevent staff from confirming a guest's identity or age where identification is required.

Prizes will be awarded during the event for selected competitions or activities, including dress-up prizes.

Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected by Smiley Brewing Co, event staff, performers and/or audience participation.

Judging decisions are final. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

Jewels & The Heist are scheduled to perform at this event.

While all advertised entertainment has been booked in good faith, performers, performance times or event programming may occasionally change due to illness or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant change is made to the event, any applicable refund rights will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Everyone is here for a good time — please respect other guests, performers and Smiley Brewing Co staff.

Threatening, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory or significantly disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or require a patron to leave where reasonably necessary. No refund will be provided where a patron is removed due to inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

If you can no longer attend, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the event through the ticketing platform, subject to the refund process and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not generally be provided within 7 days of the event for change of mind or inability to attend.

Tickets may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If the event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, ticket holders will be contacted using the details supplied when purchasing their tickets and advised of the options available.

Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event photography or video. Where practical, please speak with a staff member if you do not wish to be included in promotional photography or video.

Personal information collected as part of your booking will be handled in accordance with Smiley Brewing Co's Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Smiley Brewing Co may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not retrospectively remove or limit rights that applied to a ticket at the time it was purchased.
