The tree lighting ceremony for the Season of Lights and Walk of Stars at Crossing Rivers Health will be held on Saturday, December 5, at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Entrance of the hospital.The lighting ceremony will include:
- An inspirational message
- Music
- Announcement of current Season of Lights and Walk of Stars honorees
There will also be a tribute to the
2026 Tree Top Star honoree, James W. "Jim" Smith.
Partners use the proceeds from the Season of Lights Walk of Stars program to fund hospital equipment and other projects.
Samantha Matern, Volunteer Coordinator at Crossing Rivers Health, reminds area residents, “Tree lights and stars may be purchased through Christmas Eve as a memorial, to honor a special birthday or anniversary, as a thank-you gift, or as a unique gesture of friendship. The names of all honorees will be displayed in the main entrance of the hospital through January 1, 2027."
