A calm, grounding way to start your Sunday morning in Fulham. Join us for gentle stretching and pilates in the open air at Parsons Green — suitable for all levels, no experience needed.
This is not a high-intensity workout. It's a slow, supportive session to help you move better, breathe deeper and ease into the week ahead.

After booking, you'll receive a link to our private WhatsApp group — where we share the exact meeting spot, session updates and stay connected as a little community between Sundays. It's a friendly, low-key space and very much part of the club experience.
After the session we usually stay for a few minutes to chat and enjoy the morning. Feel free to bring a coffee or tea.
