Join us for our October Parliamentary Reads meeting! We’ll be discussing, “Be Still My Unbeating Heart” by @joshuawinning!Bastian is a vampire who doesn’t bite. All he really wants is to live his life visiting Italian villages, dancing with cute boys, and living with his magical talking cat.
Unfortunately for him, life has other plans, like placing him right in the middle of an investigation searching for a vampire who left a dead body on the beach. Though Bastian swears it wasn’t him, he’s assigned a watch dog nevertheless in the form of handsome, brooding, detective Nico De Luca.
Now, as the bodies continue to pile up, the two must work together to figure out exactly who’s behind these heinous acts before it’s too late.
We always have physical copies of our book club picks in the shop, but you can also snag ebook editions through our Bookshop.org storefront, and audiobook editions through our Libro.fm storefront (both of which are linked in our bio and on our website)!
