All are welcome to attend out Parish Council meetings. Although held in public, they are not public meetings. Members of the public have a statutory right to attend as observers only. There is however a limited time section of the agenda that is set out for public participation when members of the public are can share concerns and comments. If you know you would like to speak, please email [email protected] to inform.
If matters raised are not on the agenda these can be
used to form part of the agenda for a future meeting at the discretion of the Council.
Members of the public can stay for the remainder of the meeting as observers, but will not be able to join the discussion unless invited to do so by the Chairman.
