This workshop will celebrate the quiet presence of calligraphy in the world around us, revealing how deeply it touches so many facets of daily life.
This experience invites a more intimate way of seeing calligraphy. Where artistry and language seem to live on every corner, from handwritten menus and weathered shop signs to the elegant details hidden within its streets. Connection through Calligraphy in Paris inspires a deeper appreciation for the beauty of handwritten expression and the way calligraphy can transform ordinary moments into something timeless and meaningful. Paris at this time of year is perfect to find a moment of appreciating the delicate nature of creating and expressing your own creativeness.

Orientation Afternoon Fostering New Connections
Info: We will meet at our workshop space this afternoon for a couple hours to enjoy some delicious refreshments while acquainting ourselves with each other and the space. Upon opening your beautifully curated toolkit, we will discuss the next days itinerary. The afternoon will end around 5pm, time for you to head back to your accomodation and dream about the days ahead.
Day One

Day One Connection through Calligraphy
Info: Paper, stationery and drawing inspiration from the very streets we wander. Today marks the start of our journey together. After a morning learning the art of the perfect stroke, we will stroll back through time along Parisian streets to explore its hidden stationery secrets. We have lunch before returning to our workshop space with newfound inspiration and wonderings.
Day Two

Day Two Piecing the Past and Present
Info: History is our guide for today’s workshop. We will spend the morning soaking in the rich history at my favourite museum. After a sit down lunch to discuss the morning, our adventure continues to yet another stationery store or two before we find our way back to our workshop space translating inspiration from traditions of the written word to present day paper.
Day Three

Day Three Finalising Creations
Info: Today is our last day and it will be filled with lots of calligraphy and putting the finishing touches to our creations. Surrounded by cups of steaming tea, conversation and the celebration of ‘Epiphany’, we will spend these last hours creating and reflecting. Then, with full hearts, treasured memories and a connection to our handwriting we’ll say our goodbyes.
