Caitlyn is a registered dietitian with a focus on pediatrics. She helps families make mealtime less stressful by conveying that all foods have a place and a purpose, dispelling conflicting nutrition information, and helping families work to raise eaters they can feel good about.
Caitlyn works with a variety of struggles that families may encounter, including picky eating, feeding youth athletes, nutrient deficiencies, weight struggles, and more. Her goal is to focus on embracing food and becoming more in tune with our bodies at all ages.
