為人父母是一段從出生那天就開始的旅程。
這個為期十週的課程，將提供家長一個自我成長的機會——透過反思自己成長的歷程，作為一位被關愛並學習關愛他人的個體，來提升在養育子女時做出負責且有根據決策的能力。
學習目標:
反思自己成長的歷程，並提升在養育子女時做出負責且有根據決策的能力。這個項目旨在培養我們處理和解决問題、做出選擇與制定計畫以及保持一致性的能力。它幫忙我們以健康、直接的方式認識和面對失落、秘密與恐懼，同時也幫助父母理解：我們自身的成長經歷與當前的養育方式之間存在怎樣的聯繫。
日期：2026年9月21日 至 2026年11月30日；每週一上課（共10堂課，10月12日停課）
時間：10:30 AM-12:30 PM
對象：家長／監護人

Parenting is a journey that begins on the day you are born. This 10-week program provides parents an opportunity to develop themselves—through reflecting on their own journey growing up—as a nurtured and nurturing individual, and to improve their capability of making responsible and informed choices in raising their children.
What to Expect:
Reflect on one’s own journey growing up and improve the capability of making responsible and informed choices in raising children. Achieving these can prevent adverse effects on children and help parents see how their own experiences are relevant to their parenting.
