About:
Parenting is a continuing journey. This 10-week parenting education program supports parents and caregivers to self-reflect and explore the connection between how they were parented and how they are raising their own children while also promoting their own self-care strategies.
Date: 9/30 - 12/2/2026 (Every Wednesday, Total 10 Sessions)
Time: 10:30 AM- 12:30PM
Target Audience: Parents and Caregivers, with priority given to Boston families with children ages 0–5.
