A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class! Babies & young children become more confident in their moving bodies and have a chance to interact and have fun with other little ones.Class incorporates movement, yoga, repetition, sing-songs, fun props & more! Poses and much needed relaxation included for caregivers as well.
45 minute class with a parent/caregiver
Best suited for ages 0-5, but older siblings are always welcome!
INVESTMENT:
$15 per class (+ $5 for a sibling)
