Welcome to Parent & Tot yoga - your opportunity to stretch while your little ones socialize with each other or, if we are lucky, join in a little bit too (no pressure kiddos!)Where: Rockwood Lodge (lower level), Sechelt
When: Every week in January - please note Jan 6 & 13th the class will be on a Monday with a start time of 9.45am, (JAN 20 AND 27 CLASSES HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED)-- Jan 24 & 31st the class will be on a Friday with a start time of 9.45am.
*This will not be run as a 'series' you can pick and choose the classes that work for you, and you can also attend one week and your spouse/additional carer another - this class is open to all parents/carers.
Cost: Your first class is $10, $13 thereafter with pre-booking, or $15 drop-in. Booking can be made at [email protected]
*Please note each class will need a minimum of 5 participants to run, pre-booking is recommended. Thank you.
