To join our gym, you must complete our introductory course. It guarantees both your safety and a fundamental comprehension of the DOs and DON'Ts when attending lessons at C3.
In order to ensure that your journey with us is successful, you will master all the mechanics required for safe class execution, class types and flows, and everything else!
Classes will run in two editions MORNING and EVENING/WEEKEND.

EVENING/WEEKEND
TUE/THUR 730PM SAT 7AM
