Woven with Thanks: Parent–Child Story & Craft
Saturday, November 21, 10:30 -11:45 AM
$40 (Add and extra child for $25)
Celebrate Thanksgiving with creativity and connection! Brittany Corkell will read The Thankful Book by Todd Parr, then children and their parents will create a colorful woven-paper gratitude craft featuring words and drawings of the people, places, and little moments they appreciate.
Designed for ages 5–7, this guided class brings social-emotional learning (SEL) into art through conversations about gratitude, kindness, and noticing the good in everyday life. Each child will take home a meaningful keepsake to display for Thanksgiving.
All materials are provided. A parent or caregiver must stay and participate, helping with weaving, writing, and assembly. No crafting experience needed!
Located near Downtown Fisher Park & Free Parking Available!
