WHY ATTEND?
Children experience stress, big emotions and overwhelming days, just like adults. Learning simple ways to slow down, relax and connect can help children feel more comfortable and supported. These activities can also give parents a chance to unwind, slow down and enjoy meaningful time with their children.
I'll demonstrate the techniques with my own son while you get to practice with your own child in a relaxed, welcoming environment. You'll leave with ideas you can continue using long after the workshop ends!
