About the session:

Location: Taramga Studio (Inside Yonder) - E17 6DP
Who is it suitable for?: All caregivers and pre-crawling babies. (Once babies are on the move, the environment may no longer be relaxing, so if your baby is mobile, this session will not be suitable).
Join me for this beautiful sound healing session for you & your baby! This gentle, nurturing soundbath session is designed specifically for parents/caregivers and pre-crawling babies. Using the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes, allow yourselves to rest, reset & bond in a deeply calming, supportive environment.
The session begins with a short meditation to land in your body and rolls straight in to the soundbath.
Leave any pressure at the door - this space is for you to unwind. Feed, change, comfort, move around as you need to. Baby noises will add to the symphony of sound created within the room - there is no expectation for your babies to be quiet. This is an opportunity to share a calmer environment together and work to nervous system regulation away from daily pressures.
Let your body sink in to rest & digest and allow your baby to match your energy.
About your host:
This session will be lovingly guided by me, Sam, of Soul Treasures Wellbeing. I am dedicated to creating held, calming spaces allowing you to come back to yourself. My aim is to help you leave the daily stress at the door and enjoy a soothing session with your baby.
As a new mother myself, I understand the importance of nervous system regulation only too well. Filling your own cup so that you have the capacity to pour in to theirs is pivotal - and I promise you, you deserve it. You may even find my little one joining us for the session!

Important information:
Whilst we will be playing the bowls at a quieter level so as not to upset our babes, please be aware that everyone's sensory capacity & sensitivity is different. If your baby is particularly sensitive or you find them to be disturbed by higher frequencies, do feel free to move towards the back of the room.
For safety reasons, sound healing is not recommended for individuals in the following categories & should be avoided completely:
- Those with epilepsy
- Those living with or experiencing schizophrenia or serious mental illness
- Those under the influence of drugs or alcohol
If you or your baby have any underlying health conditions, it is best to consult your GP or pediatrician before attending.
For birthing parents - it is up to you as to whether you feel ready to join. Some may wish to wait until the first 6-8 week GP check up, but this is at your discretion. It is more important that you feel physically ready to attend.
