Join Haunted Bay City author Nicole Beauchamp as we open our doors for public paranormal tours. What is now a community arts center has been a staple of the downtown landscape for over 130 years, many of which were in secrecy. Nicole will take you through the HMT, where you will learn about the history and hauntings of the building, then you will get to conduct your own search!October 3rd, 2026
Each tour lasts 4.5 hours: a 30-minute tour of the space, then 4 full hours of ghost hunting.
ONLY ONE TIME SLOT, limited to 30 guests!
Ages 16 and up permitted (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
Bring your own ghost hunting equipment (nothing that cannot be carried around, please!)
After the tour, guests will be invited to relax, decompress, and share their findings with refreshments in the HMT lobby.
Proceeds go toward the further restoration of our historic building!
Please note that the tour will be led through the entire building, which contains stairs between the floors. Due to this, our building may not be accessible to some. At this time we are not able to honor refunds on tickets, so please double check your schedule!
VIRTUAL TICKETS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. For those who are not able to access our space in person and would like to take a virtual tour via Zoom, select your ticket and time slot as you would for an in-person tour, then email our Artistic Director Erica Tatum ([email protected]) to arrange your virtual tour.

PARKING INFORMATION: As of October 1st, 2025, the parking lot on the corner of Madison and Center belonging to the Osgood Building (formerly the Scottish Rite) will no longer be available for patrons of the Historic Masonic Temple. Available parking for HMT Events includes:
6th Street (South Side of HMT)
Center Avenue (in front of Wirt Library)
MCI Insurance (across Madison Ave)
Pyramid Paving
Public Lots on 5th Street
