Community Forums provide an opportunity for residents, Council staff and Elected Members to connect, share ideas, discuss local issues and learn about current Council projects and initiatives.

Arrive from 5.30pm to enjoy refreshments, networking and a hit on the putting green (flat shoes recommended). Presentations commence at 6.15pm.

Arrival, networking, refreshments and putting green activities.
🕑 6.15pm - 6.30pm
Paracombe Primary School students present stories about the people and places that have shaped the Paracombe community. Student work will be on display from 5.30pm.
🕑 6.30pm - 6.45pm
Council Update:
Mayor Nathan Daniell will provide an update on Council news, projects and initiatives.
🕑 6.45pm - 6.55pm
HIPERS Presentation:
Learn about the volunteer-led group helping strengthen community resilience and disaster preparedness.
🕑 6.55pm - 7.05pm
Houghton Hub Presentation:
An update on the community-led redevelopment of the Houghton Hub facility.
🕑 7.05pm - 7.55pm
Community Discussion & Networking Session
Share ideas, raise local issues and speak directly with Council staff, Elected Members and community presenters.
