Paper Quilling with Susan Lu
Slow down, get creative, and discover the beautiful art of paper quilling—a centuries-old technique that transforms simple strips of paper into intricate designs through rolling, shaping, and arranging.
Designed to offer a calming and creative experience, this hands-on workshop invites participants to relax, focus, and enjoy the process of making something by hand.
Led by teaching artist Susan Lu, participants will learn basic quilling techniques and create their own unique piece to take home. Along the way, Susan will share connections to Chinese artistic traditions and cultural heritage, offering a deeper appreciation for the history and artistry behind the practice.
No experience necessary. All materials are provided.
