In this class you will learn a popular peruvian comfort street appetizer consisting of mashed potato balls stuffed with seasoned savory filling—typically ground beef (picadillo), onions, olives, and hard-boiled eggs—which are then breaded and deep-fried until golden and crispy and served with crema de rocoto (spicy Peruvian dipping sauce). What to Expect:
