🥫 Pantry Purge for a Purpose! ❤️Rescue Yoga's Holiday Food Drive Benefiting Metrocrest Services
Got a pantry full of good intentions? That can of green beans you bought six months ago? The extra pasta you stocked up on because it was on sale? 😂
Well, here's your chance to put those groceries to good use!
This holiday season, Rescue Yoga is teaming up with Metrocrest Services to help put food on the tables of local families in need.
And we're inviting our entire community to join us!
📅 December 1–19, 2026
📍 Drop-Off Location: Rescue Yoga Studio Lobby in Carrollton
❤️ Everyone is welcome to donate!
🛒 What's on Our Wish List?
We're collecting unopened, nonperishable food items, including:
Macaroni & Cheese
1 lb. bags of Rice
Canned Peaches
Canned Chicken & Canned Tuna
Canned Corn (and other canned vegetables or fruit)
Soup and Peanut Butter
❤️ Any other unexpired, nonperishable food items!
Most-Needed Hygiene & Household Items
Toilet Paper (consistently one of the highest-demand household items)
Shampoo & Conditioner

Toothpaste & Toothbrushes
Bar Soap & Body Wash
Household Cleaning Supplies & Diapers/Wipes
🎁 A Little Can Go a Long Way!
You don't have to fill an entire grocery cart to make a difference.
One can, one box, or one bag of groceries can help. And when we all pitch in, those little contributions add up to something pretty wonderful.
Here's how easy it is:
Clean out your pantry (the good stuff, please — no mystery cans from 2008! 😂), or grab a few extra items on your next grocery run.
Then simply drop your donations in the Rescue Yoga lobby anytime we're open for classes between December 1st and December 19th.
You don't have to be a Rescue Yoga member to participate. Friends, family, neighbors, and community members are all welcome!
At Rescue Yoga, we believe wellness goes beyond what happens on the yoga mat. It's also about taking care of each other and the community we call home.
Let's spread a little kindness, share what we can, and help make the holidays brighter for our Carrollton neighbors.
Clean out a shelf. Fill someone's pantry. Share a little love. ❤️
Thank you for helping us make a difference!
