**Pan-Yaa @ Panya** คือการรวมตัวเล็ก ๆ แบบไม่แสวงหากำไร ที่ตั้งใจสร้างขึ้นเพื่อชุมชนแฮนด์แพนไทยเป็นหลัก — และเปิดต้อนรับทุกคนที่รู้สึกอยากมาใช้เวลาร่วมกัน
ตลอดสองคืน เราจะมารวมตัวกันที่ **Panya Forest อำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่** ท่ามกลางภูเขา ป่า และชุมชนที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้ชีวิตอย่างเกื้อกูลธรรมชาติ
ที่นี่คือพื้นที่ให้เราได้ช้าลง
มาเล่นแฮนด์แพนด้วยกัน ฟังและเรียนรู้จากกันและกัน กินข้าว พูดคุย พักผ่อน ใช้เวลากับธรรมชาติ และสร้างมิตรภาพใหม่ ๆ
และถ้าคุณไม่ได้เล่นแฮนด์แพน ก็ยินดีมากเช่นกัน
มาร่วมกับเราเพื่อฟังดนตรี ใช้เวลาในป่า และสัมผัสบรรยากาศของชุมชน
🌿 **พบกับอะไรบ้าง**
เราอยากให้ตารางกิจกรรมเรียบง่ายและไม่แน่นจนเกินไป เพื่อให้มีพื้นที่สำหรับการแจมแบบเป็นธรรมชาติ และการใช้เวลาร่วมกันอย่างสบาย ๆ
ภายในงานจะมี:
* วงแฮนด์แพนและ Open Jam
* การแสดงแฮนด์แพนพิเศษวันละหนึ่งชุด
* เวิร์กช็อปแฮนด์แพน
* เวิร์กช็อปและวงสนทนาเกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิตที่เกื้อกูลและฟื้นฟูธรรมชาติ การอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นชุมชน ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมด้วยความเคารพ
* Sharing Circle และพื้นที่สำหรับแบ่งปันและเรียนรู้จากกันและกัน
* ป่า ชา อาหาร และเวลาว่างแบบไม่ต้องมีตาราง
* พื้นที่กางเต็นท์และที่พักแบบห้องรวมจำนวนจำกัด
* ร้านอาหารจากคนในพื้นที่
* โอกาสในการเรียนรู้และสนับสนุนงานของ Panya, Pun Pun และชุมชนโดยรอบ
🌀 **ทำไมถึงชื่อ Pan-Yaa?**
ชื่อนี้มีความหมายหลายชั้น
* **Pan** มาจาก Handpan
* **Yaa (ยา)** หมายถึง medicine หรือการเยียวยา
* **Panya (ปัญญา)** หมายถึง wisdom หรือความรู้และความเข้าใจที่เกิดจากประสบการณ์
สำหรับเรา Pan-Yaa สื่อถึงแนวคิดที่ว่า **ดนตรีสามารถเป็นยา ชุมชนสามารถเป็นพื้นที่แห่งการเยียวยา และปัญญาสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้เมื่อเราใช้เวลาช้าลงและเปิดใจรับฟังกันจริง ๆ**
🌱 **งานแบบไม่แสวงหากำไร**
Pan-Yaa จัดขึ้นในรูปแบบงานชุมชนที่ไม่แสวงหากำไร
เราตั้งใจให้ราคางานเข้าถึงได้ ให้ค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและเป็นธรรมแก่ผู้ที่มาร่วมแบ่งปันเวลา ความรู้ และทักษะ รวมถึงครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดงาน
หากมีรายได้เหลือหลังหักค่าใช้จ่าย จะนำไปสนับสนุน Panya และโครงการในชุมชนหรือโครงการท้องถิ่นที่มีแนวทางสอดคล้องกัน
เราอยากให้งานครั้งนี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการมารวมตัวกัน แต่ยังสามารถทิ้งสิ่งดี ๆ ไว้ให้กับพื้นที่และชุมชนหลังจากที่งานจบลงแล้ว

สามารถกางเต็นท์พักภายในพื้นที่ได้ และมีที่พักแบบเรียบง่ายในห้องรวมจำนวนจำกัด

เพื่อนแฮนด์แพนจากต่างประเทศ รวมถึงคนที่ไม่ได้เล่นแฮนด์แพน ก็ยินดีต้อนรับเช่นกัน ขอเพียงมาด้วยความเปิดใจ ความเคารพ และความตั้งใจที่จะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชุมชน

Pan-Yaa @ Panya is a small, not-for-profit gathering created first and foremost for the Thai handpan community — and open to anyone who feels drawn to join us.
For two nights, we’ll gather at Panya Forest in Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai, surrounded by mountains, forest and regenerative community.
It’s a place to slow down. To play handpan together. To listen and learn from each other. To eat, talk, rest, spend time in nature and make new connections.
And if you don't play handpan? You’re still very welcome. Come for the music, the forest and the community.
🌿 What to expect
The programme will intentionally stay light, leaving plenty of room for spontaneous jams and simply spending time together.
Expect:
- Handpan circles and open jam sessions
- A featured handpan performance each day
- A handpan workshop
- Workshops and conversations around regenerative living, community, local knowledge and respectful cultural exchange
- Sharing circles and opportunities to learn from one another
- Forest, tea, food and plenty of unstructured time
- Camping and limited shared accommodation
- Local food vendors
- Opportunities to learn about and support the work happening at Panya and within surrounding communities
🌀 Why Pan-Yaa?
The name carries several meanings.
- Pan comes from handpan.
- Yaa (ยา) means medicine in Thai.
- Panya (ปัญญา) means wisdom.
For us, Pan-Yaa represents music as medicine, community as medicine, and the wisdom that can emerge when people slow down enough to listen to each other.
🌱 Not-for-profit
Pan-Yaa is being organised as a not-for-profit community gathering.
Our intention is to keep the event accessible, fairly compensate the people who contribute their time and skills, cover the costs of creating the gathering, and use any remaining surplus to support Panya, Pun Pun and aligned local/community projects.
We want the gathering itself to leave something positive behind.
🏕️ Staying with us
The gathering runs from 25–27 January 2027.
Camping will be available on site, alongside a limited amount of simple shared accommodation.
More information about accommodation, food, transport, what to bring and the programme will be announced as we get closer.
🗺️ Part of the northern journey
Pan-Yaa falls naturally between several gatherings happening across northern Thailand:
Gaia Beats → Pan-Yaa @ Panya → Shambhala → Pai World Rhythms
For people travelling between Gaia Beats and Shambhala.
Pan-Yaa is intentionally a different kind of stop along the way — somewhere to rest, listen and reconnect before continuing the journey.

International handpan friends and non-handpan players are equally welcome to join us with the same spirit of openness, respect and community.
