Welcome to our Pamper & Wellness Session – Facials & Braiding Workshop, hosted by EmpowerU Today CIC.
Take time for yourself in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can relax, learn new skills, and connect with others in the community.
During this session, participants will:
• Learn basic facial skincare techniques and enjoy a relaxing facial treatment.
• Take part in a practical braiding workshop with step-by-step guidance.
• Build confidence through learning new skills.
• Meet new people and enjoy a positive wellbeing experience.
• Take part in a supportive community activity focused on self-care and personal wellbeing.
This session is suitable for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing, learn practical beauty skills, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon.
Date: Second Saturday of each month
Time: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Venue: Park Centre, Rectory Road, Barking, RM10 9SA
Ticket Price: £5 per person
Spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

• Cohort 1: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• Cohort 2: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Spaces are limited in each session and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
