🌙✨ WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CHOSE YOU? ✨🌙Maybe you’re the one who is always making sure everyone else is okay.
The one who keeps going… even when you’re tired.
The one who gives, supports, loves and carries so much.
The one who sometimes forgets that you need looking after too. 💜
So this October, I’m inviting you into the Luna Wellbeing Circle for 2 beautiful hours of YOU time. 🌙
A little escape from the outside world.
A safe space to breathe.
A place to laugh, connect, be pampered and simply be yourself.
🎃 And this month, we’re adding a little hint of Halloween magic… 🎃
✨ Empowerment & connection
✨ A beautiful beauty treatment
✨ Halloween-themed crafting
✨ Cake, herbal teas & hot chocolate
✨ Breathwork
✨ Visualisation meditation
✨ A calming sound bath
✨ Time to relax, talk, laugh and reconnect with yourself
All for just £25. 💜
📅 Sunday 25th October
⏰ 6:30pm – 8:30pm
📍 Perdiswell Young People’s Club, Worcester
You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t have to know anyone.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
Just come as you are. 🤍
Because sometimes we don’t need to change our whole life…
We simply need to pause long enough to remember who we are. 🌙
✨ You matter. Your wellbeing matters. And you deserve your own time too. ✨
