Come join the only real estate group in the Midlands that meets every single Tuesday with real training, real connections, and real deal flow. Real Value.

This is a casual, high-value networking + training night built for all real estate professionals — Realtors, property managers, investors, appraisers, title attorneys, loan officers, insurance brokers, inspectors, and anyone else who lives and breathes real estate.

What to expect every Tuesday:

• 5:30 pm – Arrive, grab a drink from the bar, grab a snack, and start connecting. (on special occasions we will fire up the grill)
• 6:00 pm – We watch a full-length podcast or training episode together (real estate sales, marketing, social media, referrals, mindset — always something actionable). We are also scheduling Guest speakers. If you are running late you can find a link to the podcast episode in our Facebook group. You can stay prepared for discussion even if you are running behind.
• 7:00 pm - We will Mingle
• Then we break it down: key takeaways, real-world application, and how you can use it in your business this week.
• Wins & Needs Roundtable — celebrate your wins and openly share what you need help with (referrals, vendors, deals, etc.).
• Live Need Board written on the whiteboard — see exactly who needs what and who can connect you.
• Plenty of time to mingle, build referral partnerships, and source deals in our theater room and outdoor space.

It’s completely free, super casual, and designed to build long-term relationships and a true community — not just another random networking happy hour. Come and go as you please
