Palette & Pairings is a creative tasting and cake decorating experience created By Delaram Events, where guests explore the notes and character of a featured beverage and translate that sensory experience into colour, texture, and design on an individual cake.
For this edition, By Delaram partners with Misu Dessert Bar and Andonis Restaurant to bring the concept to life through a guided cocktail tasting and cake decorating experience.
Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy a featured cocktail crafted by Andonis Restaurant while exploring its tasting notes, aromas, textures, and character. Inspired by what you've tasted, you'll then decorate your own individual cake, interpreting flavour through colour, texture, and design.
Think bright citrus transformed into vibrant details, delicate florals expressed through soft textures, or rich, warming notes interpreted through bold, layered designs. No two cakes will be alike because no two guests experience flavour in exactly the same way.
More than a cake decorating workshop, Palette & Pairings is an opportunity to slow down, engage your senses, connect with others, and experience creativity through a completely new lens.
